- We deliver products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with tracking details once the order is shipped.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Express delivery options may be available at additional cost.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.
- Orders can be tracked directly on our courier partner’s website/app.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India.
- International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt again.
- After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- In case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a replacement or refund.
