  • We deliver products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with tracking details once the order is shipped.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Express delivery options may be available at additional cost.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.
  • Orders can be tracked directly on our courier partner’s website/app.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India.
  • International shipping options may be introduced in the future.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt again.
  • After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a replacement or refund.
