1. General Guidelines

At Shift Style Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is provided.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Non‑Refundable Items

Certain categories are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Perishable goods (food, beverages).
  • Discounted or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
  • Customized or personalized products.

4. Refund Process

  • Step 1: Contact our support team via email/WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
  • Step 2: Provide order details and reason for refund.
  • Step 3: Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse.
  • Step 4: Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, net banking).
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The product shows signs of use but is not damaged.
  • Only part of the order is returned.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • In case of defective/damaged items, Shift Style Mart will cover return shipping charges.

8. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
