💳 Refund Policy – Shift Style Mart
1. General Guidelines
At Shift Style Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is provided.
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Non‑Refundable Items
Certain categories are not eligible for refunds:
- Personal care and hygiene products.
- Perishable goods (food, beverages).
- Discounted or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
- Customized or personalized products.
4. Refund Process
- Step 1: Contact our support team via email/WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Step 2: Provide order details and reason for refund.
- Step 3: Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse.
- Step 4: Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
5. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, net banking).
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The product shows signs of use but is not damaged.
- Only part of the order is returned.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- In case of defective/damaged items, Shift Style Mart will cover return shipping charges.
